Terms of service

AI Creator Search is a directory. Brands find AI creators and contact them directly; creators get a listing that brands can find. We are not an agency, we are not party to any deal you make, and we take no commission. We don't guarantee that a listing leads to a sponsorship, a reply or any amount of revenue. Follower counts and rates come from public data or the creator and may be out of date.

You sign in with a one-time code or link sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. One person or company per account.

Unclaimed listings are built from public channel data. Only the real creator, or someone authorised to act for them, may claim a listing. A limited number of free claims open each day; paid tiers publish immediately. We may ask for proof of ownership and may reverse a claim that turns out to be false. You're responsible for what you publish on your listing.

• Creator tiers and promoted slots are one-time payments. Each covers a fixed period (for example 30 days, 120 days or 1 year, shown at checkout) and does not renew.
• Sponsor Pro is a recurring monthly subscription that renews until you cancel. Cancel any time from Account & billing; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• Checkout, invoices and taxes are handled by LemonSqueezy as merchant of record. Refund requests go through LemonSqueezy or team@aicreatorsearch.com; we handle them fairly and as required by consumer law in your country.

• Anything involving minors in a sexual or suggestive way, or content that appears to involve a minor.
• Non-consensual content, including sexual deepfakes of real people.
• Impersonating a real person, creator or brand, or claiming a listing that isn't yours.
• Illegal content, spam, scams, malware, or scraping and reselling the directory.

AI Creator Search is not intended to feature adult content. Listings with clips or links that aren't hosted on mainstream platforms are off-platform content: hidden unless a signed-in Sponsor Pro account chooses to view all content, and their clips never play here. Creators must mark clips that may be suggestive; the suggestive mark is for mainstream-platform clips, not for adult content. By choosing to view all content you confirm you are an adult where you live.

Anyone can report a post or listing. Moderators review reports and may label, hide or remove content or listings that break these terms, with or without notice. If you think we got it wrong, email us.

You can delete your account any time from Account & billing. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for deals, disputes or content between brands and creators. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law. See also our privacy policy.
