Privacy policy

• Account data: your email address, display handle and account type (brand or creator). We sign you in with a one-time email code or link, so we never ask for or store a password for new accounts.
• Listing data: if you are a creator, the profile you publish or edit (name, bio, avatar, links, rates, contact details you choose to share, content links).
• Usage events: actions inside the product, such as profile views, contact reveals, favorites, claims, reports and XP rewards, so the product works and we can prevent abuse.
• Purchases: what you bought and when. Payments are handled by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card details.
• Analytics: we use Simple Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites or build a profile of you.

To run your account, show and rank listings, deliver what you paid for, send the emails you need (sign-in codes, claim and contact-reveal alerts, receipts), keep the directory safe, and understand which features get used. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

• LemonSqueezy (checkout, billing, invoices and refunds, as merchant of record).
• Resend (sending our emails).
• Simple Analytics (cookieless, aggregate analytics).

Creator content is shown from its source using the platforms' own embedded players, only for mainstream platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Clips hosted anywhere else are never embedded; they open on their source site. When a player loads, that platform may set cookies or collect data under its own privacy policy. We don't control that, and we don't host the videos ourselves.

AI Creator Search is not intended to feature adult content. Listings with clips or links that aren't hosted on mainstream platforms are off-platform content: they are hidden by default, only shown to signed-in Sponsor Pro accounts that choose to view all content, and never included in search-engine sitemaps. Clips a creator marked as suggestive are blurred for signed-out visitors; signed-in users choose to blur, hide or show them. We store these choices on your account.

Unclaimed listings are built from information creators publish on public channels. If a listing is yours, you can claim it to edit it, or email team@aicreatorsearch.com to have it corrected or taken down.

We keep account data while your account exists. You can delete your account any time from Account & billing; that removes your account, favorites, reveals and rewards. A listing you created is deleted; a listing built from public channels goes back to unclaimed. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires (handled by LemonSqueezy).

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to or restrict how we use it. Email team@aicreatorsearch.com and we'll answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date above.
